THE HOURLY RATE RANGES FROM 44,35$ TO 49,80$

The work location is at Nunavik and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Maintenance Concentrator Supervisor, the Industrial Mechanic Millwright:

• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Carries out repair / reconditioning work on production equipment.
• Meet the company's health and safety requirements and environmental regulations in the workplace.
• Responds to company health and safety requirements and recommendations.
• Performs other related duties associated with this position.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• College diploma (DEC) or vocational studies (DEP) mechanics/industrial maintenance.
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial mechanics (maintenance).
• Ability with welding techniques and cutting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to diagnose problems on different equipment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office software.
• Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset that facilitates and enhances our internal communications.
