General Laborer, Municipal Solid Waste site

Three (3) summer student positions to be filled 

Shifts are from 8am to 3pm; 

3pm to 9pm

And a weekend shift 9am to 6pm.

Under the supervision of the Municipal Manager and Assistant Municipal Manager, the General Laborer, Municipal Solid Waste site has the following tasks:

Place of work is at the Sign-in cabin at the entrance of the dump site.

• Monitor the traffic coming to the dump
  
• Ensure companies hauling solid waste fill out the Solid Waste Monitor Sheet
• Other related tasks requested by Management

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual Inuktitut / English
• Reliable and Punctual
• Able to Work on Own Initiative

35 Hours a week
