The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week)
followed by 2 weeks of rest.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The supervisor reports to the Director of Human Resources. His main responsibilities are:
• Organize and coordinate all activities related to the protection of people, sites and transportation (air, road
and marine), as well as Emergency Measures for Canadian Royalties.
• Supervise, coordinate and evaluate the work of Supervisors, Security and Emergency Measures.
• In collaboration with the Supervisors of his department, develop and implement procedures related to his
sector of activity.
• Investigate security events.
• Coordinate the training of the first responders and take charge of the emergency plan.
• Supervise dispatchers.
• Direct the emergency brigade during fire and rescue operations during the absence of the Senior Supervisor.
• It is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the laws and regulations in force are applied and respected.
• Control budgetary activities for Safety and Emergency Measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• DEC in an appropriate discipline; Firefighter 1 or fire prevention officer training is an asset.
• Minimum of (5) five years of experience in emergency management, including fire prevention.
• Experience in management and training of an industrial intervention brigade.
• Experience in intervention involving hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of the law and regulations in emergency measures and security.
• Excellent knowledge of the following areas: Control of Hazardous Energy, enclosed space, working at height,
hot work, machine safety.
• Excellent knowledge of different software MS Office.
• Bilingualism French and English (spoken and written).
