Employment Conditions - Community Worker - Inuulitsivik Health Centre - Hudson Bay Coast Villages

Salary:

• Between $27.71 and $39.88 per hour based on experience.

• 4 weeks of vacation after one year of service

Northern premiums and other employment conditions:

• Isolation allowance (without dependents) between $227.69 and $268.59 per week, depending on the village
• Isolation allowance (with dependents) between $401.36 and $473.51 per week, depending on the village
• Retention bonus: Between $34.78 and $68.13 per week, depending on the village and seniority.
• Cost of living allowance: Between $58.40 and $188.72 per week, depending on the village.

Available Opportunities - Community Worker - Inuulitsivik Health Centre - Hudson Bay Coast Villages

• Full-time or part time positions, day or evening shifts with potential on-call duties at night.

Main Responsibilities - Community Worker - Inuulitsivik Health Centre - Hudson Bay Coast Villages

• Provide assistance, support, and guidance to users.
• Act as a cultural liaison and interpreter between users and services.
• Direct users to appropriate services.

• Inuktitut is essential

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
