Composting Assistant Manager

Location: Inukjuak, Quebec

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday to Friday, but must be willing to work outside hours as required from time to time.

Position: Composting Assistant Manager

Under the direct supervision of the Composting Manager, the assistant has the following

duties:

- collecting organic wastes;

- pick up cardboard;

- Promote composting habits throughout the village;

- Tasks asked by your supervisor;

Qualifications

- Must be influential and dynamic.

- Good communication skills with the public.

- Must be willing to work with organizations and with the public.

- Writing reports on a monthly basis

- Must have a valid drivers license

Languages: Inuktitut and second language(s) verbal & written

Probation period of six months

Salary: Salary based on Experience and Salary Scale

Candidates chosen as full time employees are eligible to a Northern

Allowance of $5,000 or $3,000, participate in an employee pension plan and

Group Insurance plan, participate in a travel benefit plan after 12 months of

service.
