The work location is in Nunavik and the normal work schedule is 11 hours per day on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks for rest.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the Electrician will perform the following tasks in accordance with safety standards in force:
▪ Perform maintenance tasks according to established processes;
▪ Perform electrical maintenance on industrial buildings and the camp;
▪ Install, replace and repair lighting, electrical control and distribution equipment;
▪ Connect and disconnect industrial satellite generators;
▪ Perform preventive maintenance programs;
▪ Perform all other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Hold a diploma of professional studies (DEP) in electricity as well as;
▪ Have the electrician card License C and 8000 hours of training;
▪ Good knowledge of electrical codes;
▪ Have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience related to the job;
▪ Read and interpret schematics and circuit diagrams;
▪ Ability to lift loads of 25 kg or less;
▪ Knowledge of IT Guide is an asset;
▪ Valid driver's license.
ASSETS
▪ Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
▪ Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset that facilitates and enhances our internal communications.
