Summer 2026 (from July to September)

Nuna Ressources is looking for 2 workers for an environmental project in Nunavik - Canadian Royalties mine site.

JOB OPPORTUNITY:

ENVIRONMENTAL FIELD ASSISTANT

Your Tasks

Assist biologists and technicians

with outdoor work, including

hydrology, fishing, fish inventories,

flora, wetland surveys and bear guiding.

Your Profile

• Enjoy working outdoors and be able to walk on long distances

• Enjoy working on a boat

• Motivated

• Demonstrate autonomy and able to work in team

Work Conditions

• Duration: approximately 7-10 days

• Salary: $35/hour

• Work area: Canadian Royalties mine site and other Nunavik project

• Transport: By plane from Inuit village

• Accommodation and meals provided

• On-the-job training

Job Requirements

• Inuit will be prioritized

• Being in shape to walk outside

• Being from Kangiqsujuaq, Salluit or Puvirnituq is an asset

• Firearms licence an asset
