Salary and benefits 

• Competitive annual base salary of $58,458 to $76,440, depending on experience. 

• Including the cost of living and food allowances, total annual compensation ranges from 

$74,345 to $92,327. 

• Flexible schedule with the possibility of working between 35 and 40 hours per week.  

• An annual travel allowance for your trips between Kuujjuaq and the rest of Quebec. 

• Housing provided in accordance with current policies. 

• 25 vacation days. 

• 16 statutory holidays. 

• 12 sick days. 

• Option to accumulate a bank of 70 hours (10 days). 

• Group insurance and pension plan with employer contribution. 

• Opportunity to travel to the thirteen other communities in Nunavik as part of your duties.

Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support for workstations, networks, and computer systems. 

• Manage and maintain user accounts and access within Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and 

Entra. 

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software. 

• Maintain and support Windows Server environments. 

• Provide support for computer hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). 

• Apply cybersecurity best practices in daily operations. 

• Assist with network maintenance and system administration tasks. 

• Keep documentation up to date. 

• Carry out any other related duty assigned by your supervisor. 

Required Profile 

• College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent professional experience. 

• 2 years of experience in technical support, workstation management, networks, and 

computer systems. 

Skills 

• Excellent command of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra. 

• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices. 

• Asset: proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages. 

• Autonomy and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

• Strong customer service and communication skills. 

• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. 

• Fluency in two of the following languages: French, English, Inuktitut. 

• Valid driver’s license – Class 5.
