WORK LOCATION IS IN NUNAVIK AND THE WORK SCHEDULE IS 1 WEEK ON-SITE (NUNAVIK) AND 3 WEEKS HYBRID (REMOTE WORK + OFFICE).

RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting to the Inventory and Data Management Specialist, the Inventory Technician will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory, ensuring the availability of parts, updating inventory data, and working closely with internal teams and suppliers to effectively support operations.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

•Coordinate stock movements (receipts, returns, repairs)

•Identify and anticipate the risk of stock shortages

•Ensure advanced monitoring of priority needs (stock shortages and critical parts) with suppliers.

•Ensure the tracking and rapid shipment of late orders with the purchasing and transit teams.

•Maintain inventory accuracy through regular location inspections, proper labeling, elimination of duplicates, and review of inactive items

•Process new inventory requests for items in stock

•Keep item records up to date in GuideTI, including descriptions, categories, and units of measure.

•Remove information related to discontinued or redundant products from the catalog.

•Participate in the ongoing resolution of inventory discrepancies and direct purchasing issues related to maintenance operationsand the traceability of parts used during interventions.

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

•College diploma (AEC) in inventory management or equivalent training in logistics/inventory management.

•Experience in inventory management or warehouse management (minimum 1 year).

•Good knowledge of Excel and computer tools.

•Proficiency in an ERP system; knowledge of Guide Ti software is an asset.

•Rigorous, autonomous, and detail oriented.

•Good analytical skills and team spirit.
