Pituvik Landholding Corporation is the owner of Pituvik Kataaluk Real Estate Inc, it’s subsidiary company and is currently seeking an individual to fill the “Janitor” position.

Location:                  Inukjuak

Job Title:                  Janitor 

Job Description:      

- Clean and maintain the Alakkariallak Office Complex

Duties: Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, clean toilets, maintain garbage’s, dust, shovel main entrance and emergency doors in wintertime, refill drinking water jugs, wash dishes, ability to handle heavy objects, stock and maintain janitorial supply room. Willing to support current full-time janitor who will be your partner.

Salary:                       $25.00/hr.  35 hours a week, over time if must.

Benefits: Travel Allowance, Cargo Allowance, Employer RRSP contribution @ 5%

Requirements: - JBNQA Beneficiary Affiliated with the community of Inukjuak

- Fluent in Inuktitut reading and writing

- English and French is an asset but not a requirement 

- Good janitorial skills

- Neat and organized work habits

- Ability to work with others

- Able to follow directions from supervisor 

- Punctual
