Your contribution!
Operate the hydroelectric power plant as a service operator, performing routine monitoring and
maintenance.
Your day-to-day!
• Optimize the efficiency and output of the hydroelectric power plant by taking all necessary
steps (trash rack, etc.)
• Perform daily maintenance and repair work on the plant's equipment, the building, and the
grounds
• Take all necessary steps to investigate and resolve alarm triggers generated by the
hydroelectric power plant in order to minimize downtime (24-hour availability when in
service)
• Operate heavy equipment
Your skills, our requirements!
• At least 1 year of experience as an electromechanical technician, in electrical work,
automation, industrial maintenance, or any other related field
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is an asset, and ensuring compliance with these
standards in all aspects of the job
• Training as an electromechanical technician or any other equivalent training
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of SCADA systems is an asset
• Good physical condition
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
