Pituvik Landholding Corporation is the owner of Pituvik Kataaluk Real Estate Inc, it’s subsidiary company and is currently seeking an individual to fill the “Property Maintenance” position.

Location:                  Inukjuak

Job Title:                  Property Maintenance

Job Description:      

- Coordinate with current property maintenance and property manager to complete required tasks. 

- Perform regular inspection of Pituvik buildings to ensure they are operational and efficient, installation and repair of building’s mechanical system as well as the upkeep of a property.

- Develop and implement procedures/policies for effective property maintenance.

- Produce inventories for all parts, place orders when necessary to ensure availability of required materials. 

- Contracting and supervision of temporary or third-party personnel to ensure duties are effectively performed if property maintenance cannot complete the job themself.

- Keep accurate record of maintenance logs and provide reports to management.

- Ensure facility premises are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

- Ensure that all building fuel tanks are filled by FCNQ Petro on timely manner. 

- Produce keys for tenants or other buildings owned by Pituvik when required.

- Shovel main entrance + emergency doors in wintertime, refill drinking water jugs.

- Any other related duties assigned by the management team.

Salary:                       $42.40/hr.  35 hours a week, over time if must.

Benefits: Travel Allowance, Cargo Allowance, Northern Living Allowance, Employer RRSP contribution @ 5%

Requirements:       - JBNQA Beneficiary Affiliated with the community of Inukjuak

         - Knowledge of boiler furnace and heating system

         - Computer knowledge 

         - Prior experience in related field

         - Technical and observational skills

         - Punctual and reliable 

                                 - Read and write in English

                                 - Neat and organized work habits

         -Valid driver’s license
