PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: Inukjuak, Quebec

Pituvik Landholding Corporation is the owner of Pituvik Kataaluk Real Estate Inc, it's subsidiary

company and is currently seeking an individual to fill the Property Manager position.

The Property Manager will support the General Manager and oversee the planning and execution

of various infrastructure and operational initiatives and will play a key role in managing all

Kataaluk staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient management of properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Management:

• Act as the primary contact person in case of damage or repair needs for the

organization's buildings (office, garages, residential units and apartment).

• Prepare work-orders for building maintenance and track progress.

• Order necessary parts for building maintenance and repairs.

• Manage and create keys for tenants of the office building and residential units.

• Oversee building maintainer activities, night guards and cleaning staff to

ensure continuous maintenance.

• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints.

• Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance and security services.

• Conduct inventory counts on a regular basis for parts and materials for building maintenance.

Logistics & Procurement:

• Sealift Orders: Manage and coordinate sealift orders, including supplies, building parts,

furniture, and other essential materials.

• Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in logistics, procurement, and supply chain coordination.

• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes is an asset.

• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Bilingual: Verbal and written fluency in Inuktitut and English (French is an asset).

• Knowledge of computers, Word processing and spreadsheets;

• Ability to work reliably and manage multiple employees.

• Motivated, good communication skills and professionalism.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Permanent full-time position - 35 hours/week

• Competitive salary based on experience

• 910 hours probation period

• Travel, cargo benefits & Northern living allowance in accordance with Pituvik LHC's Employee Policies
