Pituvik Landholding Corporation is the owner of Pituvik Kataaluk Real Estate Inc, it's subsidiary company

and is currently seeking an individual to fill the Janitor position.

Location:  lnukjuak, Qc.

Job Title:  Second Janitor

Job Description:   - Clean and maintain common areas of the Alakkariallak Office Complex

                                  - Clean and maintain Pituvik Office, suite# 107

                                  - Clean and maintain all other organization offices in the Alakkariallak building

Duties:  Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, clean toilets, maintain garbage, refill drinking water

               jugs, wash dishes, ability to handle heavy objects, stock and maintain janitorial

               supply room . Willing to support current full-time janitor who will be your partner.

Salary:  $25.00/hour based on 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Benefits:  Yearly Travel Benefits, Cargo Allowance, Northern Living Allowance, 5%

Employer Life Insurance Contributions and 5% Employer RRSP Contributions

Requirements: - Beneficiary member of Makivik Corporation under JBNQA

                            - Fluent in lnuttitut reading and writing

                            - English/French if possible

                            - Good janitorial skills

                            - Neat and organized work habits

                            - Punctual
