The work location is in Nunavik and the regular work schedule consists of 11 hours per day on a 4-week paid rotation:
2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days per week) followed by 2 paid weeks off.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Underground Mine Superintendent, the Supervisor – Teleoperation and Underground Optimization
is responsible for planning and actively participating in the implementation of underground operational optimization
projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Integrate telemetry into drilling, mucking, and hauling operations in teleoperation mode, including
commissioning, procedure development, training, and performance monitoring.
• Train and develop drillers and blasters.
• Identify and test optimal drilling tools on the market and monitor associated budgets.
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance for improvement projects.
• Supervise field activities and ensure proper project execution.
• Update documentation with equipment suppliers.
• Provide technical assistance to the maintenance team.
• Prepare various activity reports.
• Perform other related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Mining Technology or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Knowledge of production drills, jumbos, explosive charging equipment, loaders, and trucks.
• Experience with teleoperation of mining equipment.
• Strong skills in equipment operation, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of IT Guide (asset).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
