Nunavik.

The following positions are currently available:
Language of Instruction: English and French
Subject: Math and Sciences
Location: Kuujjuaq
QUALIFICATIONS:
Teacher’s Certificate / B. Education, preferably with a major in one of the following subjects:
Mathematics, Sciences.
The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all the afore-mentioned qualification requirements if it finds a suitable
candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement and who accepts, as a condition
of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in adult education.
• Experience in literacy teaching.
• Experience in multi-level classes.
• Experience in teaching the following subjects: Mathematics, sciences and the Microsoft Suite
• Experience teaching in a second language environment would be an asset
ASSETS:
• Knowledge and teaching of the MEES programs.
CLASSIFICATION / SALARY / BENEFITS:
Salary & benefits as per the Teachers Collective Agreement of the Board: from $54,119 to $105,432 annually
depending on experience and qualifications. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
