The work location is at Nunavik, and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours
per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Underground Construction Miner, you will be responsible for following the daily planning established by your
supervisor. Your role will involve being efficient, safe, and autonomous. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Inspecting your work equipment (boom trucks) before and after your shift.
• Operating a backhoe-loader.
• Operating a boom truck.
• Constructing permanent and temporary infrastructures.
• Participating in site preparation.
• Performing minor gallery rehabilitation work.
• Any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
• DEC in Mining Technology, Geology option, or equivalent.
• Experience in the underground mining sector (asset).
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Due to frequent interactions with English-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to
facilitate and improve internal communications.
• Possess a valid general explosive permit.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Completion of Mining Training Modules (F.M.T.M.).
• Knowledge of lithologies (asset)
